Brants workouts are unbelievable because there’s plenty of variety and it’s never boring. I lost 35lbs when i used his programs! Plus he is in constant contact with you to check progress, answer questions, and give encouragement. I feel great and enjoy the compliments I receive from friends and family. My experience with Brant has been amazing in just the 4 weeks we’ve worked together! He has great knowledge to share with me on working out, proper diet and intermittent fasting. He has been able to answer any and all of my questions I have asked him thus far in a timely manner. He is very supportive in my process of becoming healthier and stronger. I have not worked out in years because of my line of work (landscape/hardscape installer) had provided some ability to keep active and in decent shape, but since I have started Brants program I know I will be able to handle more work load without injury and longer hours. If you are looking for a great way to train look no further! Brant came to my house, listened to my challenges and concerns, looked at all my equipment and space available and designed challenging workouts that were perfect for my situation.
